Air Navigation Pro is a highly specialized flight assistant application that offers real-time GPS navigation and flight planning capabilities for both private and professional pilots worldwide. With an array of features designed to optimize your flying experience, Air Navigation Pro streamlines the planning process, keeping you up-to-date with accurate information so you can focus on what matters most: flying.

• Moving Map & Flight Planning: The Moving Map feature presents aeronautical charts as a background, allowing for easy route planning and editing. Users can interact with waypoints, airspaces, and their planned route directly from the map or by searching the extensive waypoint database. Information such as next point distance, track, heading, and more is displayed alongside the planned route.
• Approach Charts: Georeferenced approach charts offer enhanced visibility for take-off and landing. These charts can now also be viewed in 3D, providing heightened situational awareness. When creating a route, Air Navigation Pro automatically installs any related approach charts that are needed (if included in your subscription).
• Aeronautical Charts, Profile View & 3D View: Air Navigation Pro offers a comprehensive selection of free and paid charts, including ICAO charts. The Profile View provides detailed terrain information for improved safety and situational awareness, while the 3D view enhances terrain awareness and is compatible with georeferenced approach charts.
• Weather: Weather forecast data for up to three days ahead is available with Premium and Smart+ subscriptions. The moving map displays essential weather information such as rain radar, wind speed, pressure, cloud coverage, visibility, gusts, and GAFOR (CH&DE). Flight briefings can be created with weather charts and graphs. Weather data is updated every 24 hours with a one-hour interval.
• Instruments, Alerts & Traffic Awareness: The app allows for the simulation of aircraft instruments using GPS and other sensors. Users can set customized alerts to notify them of target altitudes reached or abandoned, enhancing safety. Traffic Awareness reduces the risk of collision by providing information on nearby aircraft, allowing users to fly simultaneously or follow marked aircraft (requires GSM internet connection or an external device).
• Database & Search Engine: With a constantly updated global aeronautical database containing over 200,000 waypoints and 50,000 airspaces, Air Navigation Pro offers comprehensive search and navigation capabilities. Users can also create, edit, and export custom waypoints and routes, as well as aircraft profiles for helicopters and airplanes.
• Automatic Logbook, Flight Plan & Briefing: The app automatically generates a fully editable logbook using GPS information. It can be easily shared via email or through the integrated webserver. Various files can be created, such as the Operational Flight Plan or the NOTAM Briefing, helping users document their flight and communicate with Air Traffic Services. Interactive NOTAMs also appear on the moving map when applicable.
• Live Tracking & Flight Recording: Follow your flight in real-time, record your flight for analysis purposes, and replay your flight trace. The recorded flight can be exported as a KML file and viewed on Google Earth.
• Additional Features: Air Navigation Pro offers several additional features to enhance your experience. These include a Moving Map optimized for day and night operations, a Weight and Balance Computer, support for external sensors, and much more.

Requirements: Please note that iPads labeled "WiFi only" do not include an internal GPS receptor. In order to use Air Navigation Pro on these devices, an external GPS sensor is required.
